Strategy Insights & Planning Manager
Salary: $190000 to $250000 per year

Job Role and Responsibility: Lead the development on highly quantitative and data-related project proposals primarily related to drug development and commercialization strategy and planning to assist clients in operating more efficiently and effectively; Manage the end-to-end execution of a variety of strategy-focused software, and Big Data projects (e.g. forecasting, demand estimation, pharmaceutical performance evaluation, marketing execution, customer experience strategy development/tracking and sales force strategy) by identifying the project scope, approach, and costs, defining clear roles and responsibilities for junior team members, communicating updates to senior-level stakeholders, and signing off on project deliverables; Lead the development of clear and actionable strategic solutions for clients by overseeing complex quantitative analysis and qualitative deep-dives on datasets, including issue and root cause analysis; Oversee workshops and brainstorming meetings with clients to develop in-depth understanding of existing business, operational, and data issues and pre-emptively identify other potential roadblocks; Manage client relationships by ensuring regular interactions with key client contacts, alignment across projects and ZS teams, and identifying new opportunities for business development; develop thought leadership on specific markets and/or issue areas by building internal point-of-views or innovative approaches to problem solving within ZS, as well as with clients, by conducting webinars, publishing blogs, and/or white papers; Manage, coach, mentor, and conduct training programs for junior members of the team to facilitate the development of strong expertise of the market/issue area while ensuring their individual professional growth and development; contribute to internal firm activities by conducting broader trainings on tools and techniques; and interview new potential ZS candidates.
