Title: Strategy Analyst - Agriculture
Primary Location: Australia (AU) -Queensland

The Opportunity
As the Strategy Analyst, you will play a crucial role engaging with the Executive and Ag & Turf Leadership teams on key organisational and strategic objectives. Reporting to the Managing Director, and working with the leadership teams, you will coordinate, monitor, and communicate key performance metrics for the business along with coordinating business reviews and strategic updates with dealers and Global Senior Leaders.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and communicate strategic insights, trends, and recommendations to influence business strategy.
  • Identify and analyse business opportunities with senior leaders to validate and qualify strategic initiatives.
  • Influence key stakeholders to drive impactful change and innovation.
  • Facilitate and coordinate local meetings and reporting on key performance metrics.
  • Maintain industry metrics and forecasts and coordinate internal communications and data analytics efforts.

Education, Skills and Experience:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a related field (i.e., agricultural economics, commerce, business, finance or technical discipline).
  • Over 3 years of experience in business analysis, utilising advanced Excel, Tableau, and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
  • Outstanding analytical capability, strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Exceptional financial acumen with strategic planning, performance analysis, and data-driven insights to influence profitability.
  • Ability to develop comprehensive business cases, perform cost-benefit analysis, and provide actionable insights to drive financial performance.
  • Effectively communicate and extract key performance data from stakeholders to highlight insights, trends, and recommendations that influence business strategy.
  • Ability to influence key stakeholders to impact change.
