About the role: This role will be working for our Mars Pet Nutrition segment, where we make life better for pets and their owners.If you're energized by turning insights into impact and want to help shape how a major FMCG business drives profitable growth, this is your opportunity. In this role, you’ll sit at the heart of commercial strategy, pricing, and portfolio performance - helping us win with consumers, customers, and the bottom line. 

Role Title: Strategic Revenue Management Leader 
Location:Melbourne 
Hours:Permanent, full time 
Reporting to:Strategic Revenue Management Director 
 

What you’ll do: 

  • Lead the creation of the trade promotional investment budgets to deliver the overall business growth strategy 

  • Support the Local market Pricing Council, including integration and co-ordination of fact-based recommendations and measure how they align to the overall business and pricing strategy 

  • Support the execution, planning and management of agreed Pricing Strategy for the Brand/Portfolio 

  • Drive ‘Mix for Growth’, optimizing portfolio Product Mix plans by integrating consumer, customer/channel and financial performance in setting annual mix targets. 
     

Your unique ingredients: 

  • Degree-qualified with blue-chip FMCG/consumer goods experience, bringing strong analytical and commercial foundations. 

  • Proven pricing expertise — including pricing strategy, analysis, and in-market implementation. 

  • Strong commercial, financial, and P&L understanding, with the ability to identify growth and efficiency opportunities. 

  • Strategic thinker who delivers, able to turn insights into action and confidently engage senior leaders with clear, simplified recommendations. 

  • Collaborative influencer with a can-do mindset, skilled in cross-functional partnerships, problem-solving, and motivating stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
