What this opportunity involves:

As a Strategic Project Manager, you will be responsible for the effective management of all phases of Programs within your responsibility, from initial establishment through to benefits realisation. This includes the following duties and responsibilities.

An Overview of the role:

  • Lead the planning, execution and evaluation of complex strategic programs that drive impactful and lasting change
  • Develop projects that link to client objectives and communicates a clear and compelling vision for the future, including defining tasks to achieve desired outcomes and support ongoing alignment with client objectives
  • Identify and mitigate risks while effectively managing program budgets, costs, resources, and timelines
  • Establish a streamlined and robust governance structure for seamless communication, reporting, and decision-making
  • Advocate for the client's best interests, delivering exceptional value and cultivating strong client relationships
  • Produce comprehensive and insightful reports that provide actionable recommendations and demonstrate tangible program impact
  • Engage with key client stakeholders and internal decision-makers, gaining buy-in to proposed strategies and implementation plans.
  • Actively represent and advocate for the client's best interests throughout the program, from inception to completion; and maintain a positive client relationship that promotes JLL's brand and reputation.
  • Adopt repeatable methodologies that support design of programs and facilitate requirements gathering workshops to understand pain-points and objectives.
  • Implement robust quality control systems to ensure exceptional program outcomes
  • Develop relationships across other JLL and external stakeholder business lines to foster greater understanding of client needs, obtain ideas, insights and input.
  • Establish ambitious targets for personal performance and actively monitor progress to ensure goals are achieved.

Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for:

  • Previous experience delivering large scale programs to support strategy realisation, business process improvements for operational efficiency.
  • Previous experience in the successful delivery of strategic programs of work including the ability to create, maintain and manage a programme framework to ensure successful delivery of Program(s).
  • Confidently manage program delivery from inception to closure.
  • Ability to influence and motivate internal and external stakeholders in order to deliver successful program(s).
  • Lead the development of compelling program proposals, including value propositions, scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing.
  • Carry out commercial negotiations with contractors, suppliers, consultants and authorities within established limits of authority.
  • A degree in a relevant business, project or program management discipline and in excess of five (5) years’ experience leading programs; or a combination of formal education and experience.
  • Program and/or project management qualifications are highly desirable.
  • Experience in leading the design, planning and execution of large-scale programs for large, complex service delivery organisations that drive tangible impact, realistic timelines and pricing that align with client expectations and JLL's value proposition.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and digital reporting systems
