About the Role:
 

As the Strategic Lead for Digital Futures, you'll drive the strategy and operations of our new Digital Futures Initiative. This cross-sector collective aims to empower the NFP sector to support communities to thrive through the leading use of digital technology by 2035. 

Based in either our Melbourne or Brisbane office (other locations are possible) this is a two-year fixed term role and part-time would be considered. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and execute the Digital Futures strategy and roadmap. 

• Establish governance and operational structures. 

• Manage pilot initiatives and scale successful programs. 

• Build and nurture partnerships across sectors. 

• Lead strategic communications and impact measurement. 

• Oversee budgets, delivery, and reporting. 

• Mentor and develop team members. 

About You:
 

We seek a versatile, growth-oriented, and highly motivated individual who is passionate about social justice, digital transformation, and personal growth, and thrives in a dynamic, supportive environment. You will also demonstrate: 

• Passionate commitment to the not-for-profit sector and understanding of technology as a driver in sector capacity development. 

• Experience in delivering sector-based programs at scale in complex environments. 

• Strong strategic planning and execution skills, aligning program goals with organisational strategy and creating actionable plans. 

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities across various sectors. 

• Senior management experience, leading teams, managing operations and budgets, ideally in technology-based product and service teams. 

• Alignment with Infoxchange's vision and values. 

• Relevant tertiary or professional qualifications (highly desirable). 

Applicants must be willing to undergo a police check as a condition of employment with Infoxchange, and must be Australian citizens or permanent residents. Temporary and bridging visa holders are not eligible for permanent positions.
