Team Global Express is seeking a Strategic Account Manager – Partners to join our high-performing Strategic Accounts team. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to manage key enterprise accounts while driving new business development across tier-one partners. As a Strategic Account Manager, you’ll lead and grow high-value partner relationships, drive national new business across key industries, and deliver innovative transport solutions that build loyalty and unlock long-term growth.
What You'll Do:Develop and execute customer growth strategies and annual service plans.
Conduct regular business reviews and maintain executive-level relationships.
Identify cross-sell opportunities and drive expansion across GE’s service offerings.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records (Salesforce).
Collaborate with internal teams to align operational delivery with customer expectations.
Champion customer needs internally and develop innovative solutions.
Pursue new business opportunities aligned with strategic goals.
Extensive experience in managing and selling complex B2B solutions.
Proven success in strategic account management and business development.
Strong commercial acumen and contract negotiation skills.
Deep understanding of transport services and digital ecommerce trends.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to influence at all levels, from C-suite to operational teams.
