We are expanding our Strategic Account Executive team globally and are looking for a dynamic sales professional to lead our efforts in Australia. If you are passionate about sales, technology, and driving growth in a fast-paced environment, this role could be for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new customer acquisition with a focus on revenue growth (commission-based).
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process for the Australia region, including price negotiations and closing deals.
  • Develop and execute a strategic approach to penetrate key prospects in the e-commerce vertical, targeting C-level clients.
  • Utilize internal resources such as sales engineers, professional services, marketing, and customer support to maximize client engagement.
  • Conduct business needs analyses to identify opportunities and demonstrate why our CDP solution is best positioned to address these needs.
  • Manage and maintain accurate CRM records for reporting and forecasting purposes.
  • Engage with clients through webinars, calls, and face-to-face meetings to build relationships and close business.
  • Prepare high-quality client briefs and proposals while working independently to drive success.
  • Take initiative and demonstrate leadership to grow the business in the Australia region.

What We Expect:

  • 3-5 years of quota-carrying experience in B2B sales, preferably selling software or SaaS solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing technology and the e-commerce industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Well-established network in the local market.
  • Ability to negotiate and close deals in a collaborative environment.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills and a focus on delivering top-tier customer service.
  • Ability to adapt, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-growing company.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including excellent presentation abilities.
  • Effective time management and a positive, driven attitude toward sales.
