Our objective is to encourage and empower women studying technology to graduate and to have successful and rewarding careers in the technology sector. ​ 

STEMAspire will take place between March and September 2026 and during this time, you will:

  • have the opportunity to participate in 1x1 mentoring sessions
  • attend group sessions focusing on topics that will help you to start your career
  • opportunity to meet and network with successful women in Dell Technologies as well as other inspiring students

Do I qualify? 

  • Identify as a woman or a gender diverse student
  • Final year student of a STEM or Business degree or diploma at a university or TAFE in Australia
  • Commit to attending all events and engaging with your mentor

  • Upload a cover letter explaining why you want to be part of our mentoring program
