We can’t wait for you to discover this for yourself as a Mentee on the Dell Technologies STEMAspire Program in Australia.
 

Our objective is to encourage and empower women studying technology to graduate and to have successful and rewarding careers in the technology sector. ​ 

STEMAspire will take place between March and September 2026 and during this time, you will:

  • have the opportunity to participate in 1x1 mentoring sessions
  • attend group sessions focusing on topics that will help you to start your career
  • opportunity to meet and network with successful women in Dell Technologies as well as other inspiring students

Do I qualify? 

  • Identify as a woman or a gender diverse student
  • Final year student of a STEM or Business degree or diploma at a university or TAFE in Australia
  • Commit to attending all events and engaging with your mentor

How do I apply to the program?

  • Submit your resume 
  • Upload a cover letter explaining why you want to be part of our mentoring program

You will then receive a separate communication on your email with more details on the next steps and the structure of the mentoring program.
