This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing Murex Front Office Development team and work closely with traders to build and enhance trading capabilities and related integrations. The role focuses on Global Markets Rates and Fixed Income products, offering diverse opportunities in a dynamic, market-leading trading division.

You’ll be a key contributor within our development team, working closely with traders to build trading capabilities across global platforms. In this role, you will:
Deliver strategic build-out of front-office configuration and integration components in Murex
Optimise, support, and upgrade trading platform pricing and integration components in response to market changes
Collaborate with Rates and Fixed Income traders to understand and translate requirements
Support and deploy production artefacts
Contribute to an agile team culture through test automation, continuous deployment, and scrum best practice
Participate in on-call rosters to resolve critical issues and ensure seamless operation of systems, products, and platforms
We’re interested in hearing from people who have:
Solid Murex Front Office Developer, experience and understanding of the nuances of this technology platform or other complex trading technologies will be essential
Demonstrable experience working within Global Markets Murex space within IT
Combination of functional and technical experience with Murex, ideally focusing on Front-Office configuration (new product configuration, etradepad, trading strategies, pre-trade configuration, pricing, curves & Market Data) and/or Integration (MxML, pre-trade, MxOpenConnect, RTBS/MDRS)
Functional across with Front Office (Rates, Equities, Commodities, Fixed Income, Credit, FXMM, FX Derivatives, Interest Rate Derivatives)
In-depth knowledge of the Murex platform, including architecture, modules, and functionalities
Ability to capture detailed requirements, engage stakeholders, and apply strong Financial Markets knowledge
Troubleshooting and resolution skills for Murex platform performance and functionality
Supporting technical skills such as SQL, Unix, scripting, CICD, AWS (certifications highly regarded)
