About the team
We’re a hands-on, product-minded engineering group operating at the intersection of platform engineering, developer productivity, and applied AI. We experiment, validate, and scale AI-enabled capabilities that integrate into existing engineering workflows—always grounded in safety, reliability, and measurable impact.
What you’ll do
Collaborate on complex technical problems from discovery to implementation, ensuring high-quality engineering outcomes.
Translate business and engineering requirements into clear, actionable designs; break down work and create clarity for delivery squads.
Experiment with emerging AI/ML and GenAI tooling; run fit-for-purpose evaluations and provide grounded recommendations from real-world testing.
Deliver resilient, reusable components and services that integrate into other teams’ products and pipelines.
Contribute to architecture discussions; propose improvements and role-model engineering standards and best practices.
Maintain high-quality codebases through active code reviews and documentation that scales knowledge across the community.
Work cross-functionally to align roadmaps, manage dependencies, and land change with minimal disruption.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and squad members, uplifting engineering craft and AI literacy.
What you bring
Extensive experience designing and implementing scalable, maintainable, and reliable software systems.
Working knowledge of AI/ML and Generative AI applications applied to software engineering workflows (e.g., code-assist, test generation, anomaly detection, knowledge retrieval), and an understanding of their limitations, risks, and safety considerations.
Proficiency in one or more languages such as Python, TypeScript, or C#, and experience building microservices on public cloud (AWS and/or Azure).
Architectures: Microservices, event-driven patterns, REST/gRPC
Cloud: AWS and Azure (e.g., Lambda/Functions, ECS/AKS, S3/Blob, API Gateway, Step Functions/Logic Apps)
Data: SQL, data pipelines, observability/telemetry for engineering productivity metrics
DevSecOps: GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps, Actions/Pipelines, IaC (Terraform), SAST/DAST/SCA, secrets management
Strong technical leadership: ability to set technical direction, review designs and code, and influence stakeholders to solve business‑critical problems.
Growth mindset with a bias toward iterative experimentation—from idea to prototype to pilot to product—with a clear view of success metrics.
Deep experience with agile delivery (e.g., Scrum/Kanban) and tooling such as Jira and Confluence.
