Role Purpose
Lead construction and start-up of electrical infrastructure supporting high-availability semiconductor operations in designated Japan site.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee design and installation of substations, switchgear, UPS, emergency power, grounding, and distribution networks.
- Ensure compliance with Japan Electrical Appliance and Material Safety Law and utility provider requirements.
- Perform capacity modeling, short-circuit analysis, and protection coordination.
- Lead commissioning and reliability testing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above or equivalent working experience
- 8+ years in electrical engineering in Japan.
- Experience with mission-critical or large industrial power systems.
- Fluent Japanese
Requirement: Japan-based engineering experience required.
