Position Overview:

What You'll Do:

  • • Serve as the primary point of contact for HR Business Partners and employees for complex Workday-related inquiries, with a focus on integrations and system performance.
  • • Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, PECI, PICOF, REST/SOAP APIs) with internal and third-party systems.
  • • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution while maintaining data integrity and system performance.
  • • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Workday integrations and related modules (HCM, Recruiting, Learning, Time Tracking), providing strategic guidance and technical expertise.
  • • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Finance, Payroll, external vendors) to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and implement enhancements.
  • • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR), SOX, and IT General Controls through secure integration design and audit-ready documentation.
  • • Maintain and enhance Workday security roles and permissions related to integrations and data access.
  • • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including integration specifications, configuration guides, and support procedures.
  • • Create and optimize Workday reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency.
  • • Lead the planning, testing, and implementation of Workday releases and system upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • • Provide training and mentorship to HRIS team members and end-users on integration capabilities and best practices.
  • • Support internal and external audits by providing documentation, evidence, and subject matter expertise.
  • • Continuously evaluate system performance and recommend improvements to enhance automation, scalability, and user experience.

Let's Talk About You:

  • • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • • 5+ years of experience in Workday HCM with a strong focus on integrations and system architecture.
  • • Proven experience with Workday integration tools (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, Web Services).
  • • 3+ years of experience with Workday reporting, calculated fields, and security configuration.
  • • Solid understanding of SOX, GDPR, and ITGC compliance requirements.
  • • Experience managing full lifecycle HRIS projects, including requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and support.
  • • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
  • • Workday Pro certification in Integrations or related modules is a strong asset.
