* The Senior Resource Coordinator maximizes the availability of engineering teams, drives the utilization of coworkers, and facilitates the preparedness and engagement of partners with a goal of effectively balancing resource utilization, skills allocation, and staffing timelines. They will work with services leaders to ensure that coworker development aligns with emerging technologies' requirements and inform the services management on overall capacity and trends. The incumbent provides creative solutions to complex problems.
* What you will do:
* ▪ Oversee and consult on staffing assignments for Integrated Technology Services projects ▪ Directs and leads the resource fulfillment for complex multi-technology, partner and international staffing needs ▪ Review and collaborate with Services Operations and Solution Domain management on resource capacity issues and implement solutions to minimize constraints ▪ Facilitate the selection, screening, and engagement of partner resources for large complex engagements ▪ Work with CDW Contract team to ensure methodology and training on processes are accurately executed ▪ Ensure engineering utilization targets are met ▪ Coordinate with Services Operations management to update training processes and lead the training efforts for new hires ▪ Reinforce project delivery methodology, operational training, and process compliance Responsibilities ▪ Ensure that best practices are incorporated and shared ▪ Support Services Operations vision, goals and strategies ▪ Contribute to Services Operations team meetings and best practices ▪ Review region project performance to ensure accurate staffing assignments ▪ Review region's pipeline to ensure timely staffing assignments ▪ Review scheduling tool for availability gaps and project bookings Skills and Knowledge ▪ Maintain a positive work environment ▪ Strong leadership skills ▪ Strong operational skills ▪ Strong influencing skills ▪ Strong oral and written communication skills Position Description ▪ Excellent problem-solving skills and follow through ▪ Ability to identify and creatively resolve staffing issues ▪ Proven negotiation skills Measurements and Targets ▪ Billable utilization ▪ Partner revenue and process compliance

* ▪ Bachelor's Degree ▪ Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar support role for a professional services organization ▪ Ability to travel a minimum of 25% ▪ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite a plus ▪ Bachelor's degree in a business related (project management) program a plus Pay range: $60,000 - $77,904 depending on experience and skill set Annual bonus target of 5% subject to terms and conditions of plan Benefits overview: [https://cdw.benefit-info.com/](https://cdw.benefit-info.com/) Salary ranges may be subject to geographic differentials
