Job Description
What you get to do in this role:
- Support marketing plan and activities for products within the competitive arena
- Work with our teams on strategy that will support advanced insights, value propositions, and supporting collateral that describe the unique benefits of ServiceNow
- Coordinate product launches including messaging and positioning, internal communications, and field/event marketing
- Determine measurements and develop automated dashboards that connect data from all data sources
- Partner with product teams to design and administer the results of A/B and multivariate tests
- Implement the research and data strategy for the life cycle of a product. Your findings and insights will ensure designers, product managers, engineers and executives will provide the next generation products that help our customers gain value and success with ServiceNow
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Natural empathy for, and understanding of, needs of customers across multiple types of organizations
- The ability to create ideas for how our products can make our customers and partners more successful
- Creative messaging skills based on value and benefits
- Passion about our products and the possibilities of shaping the future of how people work
- Excellent people skills to work with team members and third parties
- Experience with qualitative methods of user experience research including focus groups
- Ability to summarize our requirements into research needs
