The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
The Senior Manager of Change Management is a senior individual contributor and people‑oriented change leader responsible for driving adoption and business readiness across assigned transformation initiatives. This role partners closely with program leads, functional leaders, and the TMO to translate change strategy into practical, executable plans that help employees successfully navigate change.
This role is best suited for an experienced change practitioner who balances hands‑on delivery with advisory influence, and who can flex between strategy and execution while working across complex, cross‑functional initiatives.
The ideal candidate brings strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to translate change strategy into practical, actionable plans that support business outcomes.
What You Will Do
Deliver Change for Priority Transformations
Lead end‑to‑end change management execution for assigned transformation initiatives
Translate enterprise change direction into program‑specific and people‑focused change plans
Own adoption outcomes for assigned initiatives, including readiness, engagement, and sustainment
Partner with Program and Functional Leaders
Serve as a trusted change partner to program leads and functional leaders
Advise leaders on how to lead their teams through change using clear, practical guidance
Help leaders translate transformation goals into day‑to‑day impacts and actions for employees
Assess Impact, Risk, and Readiness
Conduct impact and readiness assessments to identify adoption risks and pain points
Collaborate with program teams to address risks through targeted change and communication actions
Monitor change effectiveness and adjust plans based on feedback and signals from the organization
Enable Communication and Engagement
Design and execute communication and engagement strategies that resonate with impacted employees
Support leaders with toolkits, talking points, and ready‑to‑use assets to drive consistent messages
Ensure messaging remains clear, relevant, and focused on “what this means for me”
Contribute to Scaled Change Efforts
Support alignment across multiple initiatives by contributing to portfolio‑level coordination
Apply standard change tools, templates, and practices to drive consistency across programs
Share insights, lessons learned, and best practices to strengthen overall change effectiveness
Work Distribution
65% Hands‑on change management delivery for strategic transformation initiatives
35% Support cross‑program coordination, shared planning, and continuous improvement within the transformation portfolio
Leadership & Capability Building
Contribute to the development and refinement of Solventum change management tools and ways of working
Model strong change leadership behaviors and people‑focused thinking
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher and 6 years of experience in change management or organizational development
Demonstrated success delivering change in complex, cross‑functional environments; experience with large transformations preferred
Additional Qualifications
Prosci certification or equivalent, with applied experience using the methodology
Working knowledge of organizational change and systems thinking
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to influence outcomes without direct authority
Work Location: Remote – United States
Travel: Up to 10% (domestic/international)

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $187,600 - $257,950, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
