We are looking for: 

A Senior HR Coordinator that supports end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition by partnering with hiring managers, managing candidate pipelines, and aligning hiring strategies with business needs, while also providing HR administrative and operational support across the employee lifecycle, including records management, HR documentation, onboarding, offboarding, and HR systems support.

What you will do: 

Recruitment: 

  • Prepare, update, and manage position descriptions for roles and templates.
  • Manage recruitment activities through the Inlogik ticketing and applicant tracking systems.
  • Create and manage internal and external job advertisements.
  • Build and maintain a proactive candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Screen candidates, manage unsuitable applicants, and maintain accurate candidate records.
  • Shortlist candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate communications, offers, and negotiations.
  • Conduct security and background checks while ensuring privacy and compliance throughout the recruitment process.



HR:  

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding across all platforms for new employees.
  • Ensure software, hardware, assets, and system access are ready for day one.
  • Create, manage, and complete onboarding and offboarding checklists.
  • Welcome new employees on their first day, including team introductions and office, safety, and emergency briefings.
  • Manage offboarding and termination processes, ensuring asset return and system access removal by last working day.
  • Complete all termination and compliance documentation accurately.
  • Support the HR Director with onboarding, role changes, offboarding, staff correspondence, and HR projects.
  • Maintain HR/TA documentation, workflows, security and background checks, and ensure privacy and compliance standards are met.

What you bring:

  • 3–5 years’ relevant experience in recruitment and HR administration, within the technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of both proactive and passive recruitment strategies, including sourcing and talent pipelining.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external candidates.
  •  Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and supporting HR systems, with a strong focus on data accuracy, process efficiency, and overall HR support.
