As a Sr. Customer Solutions Architect, you'll drive technical adoption of Sysdig's platform for enterprise customers, owning relationships and guiding implementation while influencing product roadmap decisions.

What you will do
- Reporting to the Director, Customer Success you will be the trusted advisor to our customers on the Sysdig Platform. In this role you will work with customers using our Sysdig Secure and Sysdig Monitor product offerings.
- You will drive adoption and expansion within these customers from a technical angle: from onboarding, to implementation and technical enablement . Typically their large enterprise environments where scale, performance, and ad-hoc solutions are complex, require expert support.
- You will understand the customer’s requirements, challenges, and what business outcomes and value they are expecting in their Sysdig journey. You will work very closely with our Product Managers, heavily influencing the product roadmap.
- This role includes regular customer visits such as weekly in Sydney (depending on accounts assigned) and may requite occasional travel in Australia/ASEAN every 8 - 12 weeks.
What you will bring with you
- Excellent English language and ability to work in remote and international teams. Additional business-level language skills in Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, or other ASEAN languages while not required are positively regarded.
- Track record of owning customer relationships, including implementation and identification of expansion opportunities.
What we look for
- Prior experience as solutions architect, field engineering or similar customer facing roles such as sales engineering, customer success engineering or DevOps consultant, having worked with SaaS companies.
- Domain knowledge in Cloud Native technologies: Container, Kubernetes and Cloud.
- Experience with DevOps tools such as Terraform, Helm and API scripting. Being familiar with security and monitoring such as Prometheus or Falco is a plus.
