Drive sales growth and customer success across the King Country and South Waikato territory. Responsibilities include prospecting, managing the full sales pipeline, demonstrating and negotiating Halter’s product, meeting sales targets, managing customer accounts, supporting onboarding and deployment, expanding partnerships, gathering field feedback, and collaborating with Product, Support, and regional sales teams. Frequent travel and strong engagement with farmers and agricultural groups are required.

Manage sales growth and customer success across the Waikato territory. Responsibilities include prospecting, pipeline management, product demonstrations, contract negotiation, account management, onboarding, deployment support, and upselling. Build relationships with beef farmers and agricultural groups, gather customer feedback, coordinate with Product, Support, and R&D teams, resolve issues, and achieve ambitious sales targets through regular regional travel.

Manage and grow Halter’s existing customer accounts across South Auckland and North Waikato. Responsibilities include revenue retention, renewals, expansion, customer onboarding, farm deployment and training, relationship building, farmer success planning, technical problem-solving, community networking, and advocating for customers with product teams. Frequent travel is required, along with practical expertise in farming, reproduction, pasture, and agronomy. The role operates autonomously in a fast-paced environment focused on helping dairy farmers improve productivity and sustainability.
