Speed PMO Engineer は, Fab15 における Yield 指標の Best-in-Class（BIC）パフォーマンス確立を目的とし, Yield に関する事業計画およびコミットメントを確実に達成, さらに上回るための事業変革を推進する役割を担います。
Fab リーダーシップチームと密接に連携し, 重要な Yield 関連プロジェクトおよびプログラムの企画• 運営• 管理を行うとともに, 主要なプログラムリスクの特定およびエスカレーションを行います。
職務責任• 業務内容
プログラム／プロジェクトマネジメント

• Speed に関する主要指標を含む戦略ロードマップを策定し, 維持• 更新を行うとともに, 最新の BIC ターゲットに対する進捗を継続的に管理• 追跡する
• 各プロジェクト／プログラムのビジネス価値および BIC 計画への貢献度を明確化するため, プロジェクトチームと連携して分析• 整理を行う
• ビジネス計画の達成状況を可視化し, 適切なリーダーシップレビューおよびチームミーティングの運営体制を構築• 運用する
• プログラムおよびプロジェクトのパフォーマンスについて, 部門横断的に定期報告および情報共有を行う
• スコープ, 計画, ビジネスルール, ポリシー, 手順等を含むプログラム変更を適切に管理• 統制する
• サイトリーダーシップチームと協働し, プロジェクトリスクの特定, 対策の立案および実行を主導する

ネットワーク連携

• Frontend SPMO ネットワーク, MCT, SEAL との協業において, 担当カテゴリーにおけるサイト代表としての役割を担う
• サイトにとって価値のあるネットワークの BKM（Best Known Methods）および各種活動が確実に導入• 実装されるよう推進する
• Frontend SPMO ネットワークと連携し, 比較ベンチマーキングを実施するとともに, 優良事例を迅速に横展開し, 自サイトへのコピーおよび実装を行う
• MCT と連携し, PAC プロジェクトが計画されたスケジュール, スコープ, 予算内で確実に実行されるよう管理する

応募要件
[必須要件]• 工学系または理学系分野における学士号, もしくは同等の実務経験を有すること• 以下のいずれかの分野において 2年以上の実務経験を有すること：

• Frontend Fab Engineering（前工程Fabエンジニア）
• ビジネスアナリスト, マネジメント, またはファイナンス関連業務
• プログラム／プロジェクトマネジメントにおける実績ある経験

• 高い分析力を有し, 複雑な情報を簡潔かつ論理的に整理• 説明できる能力• 優れたチームワーク力および複数業務を同時に遂行できるマルチタスク能力• 優れた文書作成能力および口頭コミュニケーション能力• 日本語または英語力がネイティブレベルの方。日本語ネイティブの場合, 入社してから英語を学ぶ意欲がある方

Job Description
As a Speed PMO Engineer, you are responsible to enable Fab15 to set Best-in-Class performance on Yield metrics and transform the business to exceed yield business plans and commitments. You will be collaborating with fab leadership team to manage and run vital yield projects and programs as well as escalating key program risk.
Responsibilities and Tasks
Program/Project management

• Ensure strategic roadmaps with key metrics for Speed are created, maintained, and tracked to latest BIC targets.
• Collaborate with project teams to understand the business value of projects and programs in place and how they contribute to BIC plan.
• Visualize the progress of business plan achievement, and establish the meeting structure of appropriate leadership review and team meeting
• Provide program and project performance updates periodically with communication across functional groups.
• Manage and control program changes including scope, plan, business rules, policies, and procedures.
• Work with site leadership team to identify project risks and propose/execute solutions.

Network Engagement

• Represent your site on the assigned category in collaboration work with Frontend SPMO network, MCT, and SEAL
• Ensure network BKMs and activities that are of value to your site are implemented
• Work with the Frontend SPMO network for comparative benchmarking and ensure projects are fast followed, copied and implemented on home site.
• Work with MCT to ensure PAC projects are executed on schedule, to planned scope, and within budget

Requirements
Must have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or Science disciplines.
• 2 years working experience in any of the following environments:

• Frontend Fab Engineering
• Business Analyst, Management or Finance
• Demonstrated strong program and project Management

- Strong analytical skills and capability to summarize complex information into simple explanations
- Possess good teamwork skills and strong multi-tasking capability
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
Nice to have:

• Experience in PIE, PEE, or ATE.
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively with minimal supervision
• Strong influencing skills and experience with driving cross-function group issues to resolution
• Able to collaborate freely and communicate openly and clearly with co-workers
• Demonstrate excellent project/time management and priority setting skills
• Demonstrated ability to partner successfully with other groups and build strong peer relationships
• Able to perform and advise project stakeholders on risk and reward analysis
• Experience and understanding of manufacturing and engineering processes and systems.
• Experience working with global teams is preferred.
• Able to communicate in Chinese
