The Opportunity 
We are looking for a Solution Analyst to join our Graphic Communications Professional Services team based in Melbourne, VIC.  

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced production print or workflow professional to move from operating production environments to influencing and transforming them. Working alongside industry-leading sales, software, and professional services specialists, you will help customers optimise, automate, and modernise the way they produce and manage print.

If you have ever considered moving to the vendor side of the industry while remaining hands-on with technology, customers, and innovation, this role offers the perfect next step. As a customer-facing technical specialist, you will combine your expertise in digital print, workflow automation, consulting, training, and solution design to deliver meaningful outcomes for customers. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping organisations unlock efficiencies, embrace innovation, and maximise the value of their print and workflow environments.

Key Responsibilities 
• Collaborate with the Graphic Communications sales team to understand customer needs, qualify opportunities, and de velop tailored software, workflow, and production solutions that deliver customer centric measurable business value.
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations, proof of concepts, and customer workshops that showcase solution capabilities, address business challenges, and support successful sales outcomes.
• Manage the deployment of software and workflow solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with agreed customer requirements and governance standards.
• Equip customers with the knowledge and skills to maximise their investment through onsite and remote training, workflow optimisation, production hardware expertise, and best-practice guidance.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor, providing escalation support, colour management expertise, and proactive recommendations that improve operational performance, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Document solution designs, manage project risks and deliverables, coordinate with technology partners, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, technical knowledge sharing, and service excellence across the team.

Skills, & Qualifications  
• Experience within digital print, graphic communications, production print, or related technology environments, with strong knowledge of workflow automation, RIP software, colour management, production equipment, and integrated software solutions.
• Proven ability to work closely with customers and production stakeholders to understand business requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and design practical, outcome-focused solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently deliver demonstrations, presentations, training, and technical recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to analyse complex challenges, think creatively, and develop innovative solutions that deliver operational and commercial value.
• A genuine passion for technology, continuous learning, and helping customers succeed, coupled with a desire to transition beyond day-to-day production operations into consulting, solution design, implementation, and customer engagement activities.
