McMillan Shakespeare is expanding its QA capability and we’re looking for a Software Tester to support functional, regression, and automated testing across our enterprise applications. You’ll work closely with developers, BAs, PMs, and DevOps to ensure high-quality, reliable software is delivered every sprint.

At MMS clear expectations help our people Be the Difference. Your key responsibilities in this role will include:
Design and execute test plans and test cases.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and smoke testing.
Identify, document, and track defects using Jira or Azure DevOps.
Build and maintain automated UI and API test scripts.
Contribute to automation frameworks and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Prepare and maintain test data and environments.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Support QA documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement.
To be considered for this role you will possess the following:
- 2–4 years of experience in manual and automation testing.
Strong experience testing web and API applications.
Hands-on with Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
API testing experience (Postman, Newman, REST Assured, Supertest).
Good SQL skills for data validation and queries.
Familiarity with Git, Agile/Scrum, and CI/CD tools.
Basic scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript).
Bonus: JMeter/k6, OWASP basics, or mobile testing exposure.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and accountability.
Work on enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives.
