This role is a trusted advisor for presenting and demonstrating our software solutions to clients during the sales process and acts as the technical bridge supporting sales and prospects. You will add value throughout the sales process in the areas of supply chain requirements analysis, business process consulting and by conducting in-depth product demonstrations. It is responsible for reviewing proposals, providing on-site consulting, develop and present ROI Analysis for our solutions and executing sales presentations to prospects.
What a day in the life looks like:
- Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and internal resources by understanding prospects business priorities, technology landscape and key stakeholder
- Develop discovery documents that reflect the understanding of prospects’ priorities, landscape, and requirements
- Demonstrate solution functionality and capability in the relation to prospect needs and how our solution differentiates the supply chain
- Translate customer requirements into deliverable solutions
- Field questions regarding associated applications in the areas of ERP, TMS, OMS and other systems impacting supply chain processes
- Collaborate with Voice hardware partners and internal professional services teams to ensure solution design and fit.
- Complete the technical and functional requirements for RFP and help drive sales opportunities to successful completion
What you bring to the team:
- Comprehensive understanding of warehousing and fulfilment processes and experience with technology and Voice hardware and software solutions - HighJump/Koerber Supply Chain software experience preferred
- Experience with cloud technologies and knowledge of supply chain and supply chain technology solutions.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey complex subjects to C-level executives and engage in public speaking.
- Strong collaboration, self-motivation, and the ability to manage competing and changing priorities effectively.
- Confident at presentation creation (including industry events) and delivery of solutions
- Ability to evangelise our solutions, engaging with multiple stakeholders including C-Suite
- Analytical mindset with proven problem-solving skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
