Primary Responsibilities:

• Engage in the full software development lifecycle, with a solid focus on coding, testing, and debugging
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices
• Collaborate closely with team members to design, develop, and deploy new features
• Optimize and enhance the performance of existing software applications
• Communicate effectively and regularly with management and technical support teams
• Participate in Scrum meeting, design reviews, test case reviews, and production support readiness reviews for new releases
• Support P1 Application OM & DevOps activities
• Manage Teams and assist them with solutioning & development; ensure smooth releases.

Required Qualifications:

• B.Tech./MCA (16+ years of formal education)
• 6+ years of proven experience as a Software Engineer or in a similar technical role
• Hands-on experience as a Full Stack Engineer (FSE) with a solid understanding of micro-services Architecture
• Knowledge of AI/ML - Python, LanGraph, LangChain, FastAPI
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes/NoMad, and GitHub Actions
• Proficient in AI, Angular, Java, Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate, Git, RESTful APIs, Splunk, MySQL, Postgres, Azure Cloud, AKS, GitHub Actions
• Demonstrated solid grasp of core design principles for building scalable and maintainable applications
• Demonstrated solid analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to support QA, UAT and release phases of the project via defect analysis, change maintenance
• Proven effective team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven fast learner with a passion for exploring new programming languages and emerging technologies
