Position Overview

You will be responsible for resolving and correcting the Tracelink product. You will also be responsible for creating patches to resolve customer issues for TraceLink products.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain high availability solutions.

  • Contribute to the continual improvement of our Architecture.

  • Analyze and resolve customer reported problems escalated to engineering for detailed analysis

  • Create patches to resolve customer reported problems

  • Work with QA team to fix and verify defects as part of the TL patch and road map releases

  • Adhere to TL documented software dev life cycle methodology

  • Collaborate w/ the rest of the Engineering team

  • Work with customer support

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3-5 years software development experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field

  • Experience in software development using JavaScript

  • Experience in developing web-services and web-based APIs

  • Experience with software development best practices including version control, defect tracking, and unit testing

  • Ability to communicate effectively and clearly, and collaborate with other disciplines

  • Passion for learning

  • Excellent diagnostics skills


Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in building cloud-based applications on platforms such as Amazon Web Services

  • Experience in Scala software development

  • Experience with the pharmaceutical industry

  • Experience with Agile methodologies
