The Role
We are seeking a story point wizard; a skilled and versatile Full-Stack Software Developer to help us usher in safe and beautiful AI experiences to healthcare.
The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a collaborative team environment but can also work independently to deliver high-quality software features. Ideally will have worked in a growth team in a rapidly scaling product led growth company.
What you’ll do:

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, with a focus on code structure design and scalability.

Collaborate with the engineering team to solve challenging technical problems and foster rapid growth.

Conduct research and implement industry-leading engineering practices.

Work with microservices and Kafka or a similar framework.

Ensure alignment between code structure and system design with best practices.

Troubleshoot and debug software defects, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining application performance.

Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.

Lead and mentor junior engineers and team members on significant projects.
What we will look for:

At least 2-3 years' of relevant experience.

Experience in a high-growth SaaS company highly desirable.

Strong frontend skills Next.js and backend skills in Python desirable.

Preferred experience with using LLMs to build Applications.

Experience with both relational and non-relational databases.

High standards for code quality, with a focus on delivering maintainable code.

Experience in system design & code structure is highly desirable.

Experience with AWS or other cloud services is beneficial.

Strong sense of ownership, combined with solid problem-solving and analytical skills.

Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with the team.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, effectively communicating and coordinating with team members.

Self-motivated and able to work independently, taking ownership of tasks and delivering high-quality results.
