Social Sourcing Coordinator

Job Description Summary

Reporting to the National Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing high-quality property and facilities management goods and services. You’ll champion social procurement outcomes, engage diverse suppliers, and contribute to year-on-year cost reductions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and review procurement plans and strategies aligned with WoAG policies

  • Source and manage services, materials, and goods tailored to each entity

  • Lead transition activities for procured services

  • Drive cost savings through innovation and process improvements

  • Maintain detailed procurement records and pipelines

  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Engage and manage contractors, ensuring performance and compliance

  • Promote Indigenous and diverse supplier engagement

  • Ensure sustainable and ethical procurement practices

  • Represent C&W in bid responses and social procurement forums

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years’ experience in procurement or supply chain management, ideally in building services

  • Proven contractor management and performance monitoring skills

  • Strong financial acumen and cost reduction achievements

  • Experience promoting supplier diversity and social enterprise engagement

  • Proficiency in eTendering platforms (e.g., Tenderlink), MS Office, and reporting tools like PowerBI

  • Familiarity with Rapid Global, JDE, Converga is a plus
