ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you passionate about all things social?  Do you get a buzz out of social posts going viral?  Do you love leading and managing a team of passionate people?

We currently have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Social Media expert to join our Cotton On BODY team and own all things social for the brand!

You will be responsible for you and your team delivering innovative social media marketing strategies that create brand awareness and help drive conversion across our social channels. We will look to you to drive customer awareness and engagement and strengthen our market position by amplifying the brand message across all channels.

You will lead your team to develop and deliver a calendar of impactful brand moments and will ensure we have a strong social media presence that is globally consistent. We will look to you to analyse performance of content produced and identify areas of opportunity and growth with key stakeholders.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Degree / Qualification in Marketing or Advertising
  • Demonstrated experience in Social Media, ideally within a retail/fashion business
  • A passion for leading and developing a team 
  • Proven skills in analysing data and reports relating to customer reach and engagement
  • Experience working with Omni-channel
  • Strong knowledge of Web Analytics platforms and data analysis tools highly regarded
  • High level of attention to detail with the ability to manage deadlines whole focusing on key priorities.
