The Role

Location: Melbourne

We have found a great balance of embracing flexible working whilst also maintaining in-office collaboration with most teams meeting in the office 3 days per week.

  • Executing Show-Stopping Campaigns: Supporting the end-to-end delivery of impactful social media and influencer campaigns for 32 of L'Oréal’s most iconic beauty brands.
  • Managing Creator Relationships: Driving the day-to-day workflow with digital creators, from shortlisting and briefing to tracking deliverables and nurturing fantastic partnerships.
  • Crafting Brilliant Content: Collaborating with the team on fresh, exciting content ideas for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube that perfectly align with brand messaging.
  • Driving Product Seeding: Assisting with high-impact product gifting and seeding initiatives to amplify brand love for thrilling new product launches.
  • Analysing & Optimising: Diving into data using top-tier tech tools (like Traackr) to monitor performance, extract valuable insights, and build post-campaign reports.

 

Ideal Skills and Experience

A highly organised, socially savvy team player who loves building relationships and has a meticulous eye for what makes engaging digital content will absolutely thrive in this exciting position. We’re also looking for;

  • Industry Passion: A genuine love for the dynamic world of social media, influencer marketing, and the ever-evolving beauty landscape.
  • Stellar Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills to confidently liaise with influencers, talent agencies, and internal teams while keeping everyone in the loop.
  • Keen Attention to Detail: A meticulous eye to act as the first line of defence for content reviews, ensuring briefs, hashtags, tags, and links are absolutely spot on.
  • Masterful Prioritisation: Brilliant organisational skills and the agility to juggle multiple exciting deliverables in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A Curious Mindset: An eagerness to learn new reporting platforms, track social trends, and pull meaningful insights to optimise future campaigns.
