Your Opportunity

Join us as Asia Pacific Total Rewards Advisor serving as a trusted internal consultant and subject matter expert to field HR and business leaders supporting business, talent, and total rewards strategies and providing advisory support across compensation, benefits, recognition and other Total Rewards programs.  The role is part of One FedEx HR that aspires to be a global, agile, data-driven talent engine that fuels business value and powers an exceptional employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify Total Rewards opportunities and risks across the region and recommend solutions to support business and talent strategies
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to understand business priorities, workforce challenges and talent needs, and translate these into appropriate Total Rewards solutions
  • Leverage external market data and benchmarking sources to assess compensation and benefits competitiveness
  • Provide data-driven consultative advice on compensation, benefits, recognition and other Total Rewards matters, balancing employee needs, market competitiveness and business affordability
  • Support the review, renewal and implementation of Total Rewards programs in partnership with internal stakeholders and external vendors with customer-centric communications and supporting resources
  • Review, enhance and govern Total Rewards policies
  • Conduct job evaluation and recommend application to internal job grade structure and relativity across jobs
  • Assess impact of proposed solutions to report success and/or for continuous learning and improvement

Capabilities and Experience

  • With more than 5 years of direct experience in regional Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into practical recommendations
  • Well-versed in job evaluation
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with demonstrated ability to present, influence and engage effectively with business leaders and senior stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and operate effectively in a dynamic, regional environment
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI is preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University in any field
