Lendlease currently have an opportunity for a Services Supervisor to join our VIC construction business, and assist with the delivery of a project in the North Western Suburbs of Melbourne.  

 

This role will see you supervising on-site activities and coordinating sub-contractors, suppliers, and general construction activities, as well as developing and managing short-term programs, monitoring project costs, and overseeing project QA, and EHS requirements.  

 

About You:

  • Prior experience in a Supervisor, General Foreman, or Site Manager role working on large scale construction projects, ideally $50 million or above.  
  • Experience supervising complex building services trade packages (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire etc.) 
  • Experience in Data Centre is highly advantageous
  • Relevant trade, and/or building construction management qualifications.  
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills. 
  • An ability to coordinate and organise teams and manage subcontractors to work effectively. 
  • Candidates from a subcontractor background are strongly encouraged to apply!
