Let’s talk about you
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- ServiceNow Certification: Certified ServiceNow System Administrator or working towards that as a goal.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow administration.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow CSM/ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, etc.).
- Scripting experience (JavaScript, Glide, HTML, CSS etc.) at least to a read level.
- Understanding of ITIL processes.
- Familiarity with integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server).
- Familiarity with Flow Designer.
- ITOM experience highly desirable but not required.
- Experience with reporting and dashboards, performance analytics desirable
How will you support our “Why?”
- Customising and configuring ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, and platform logic to meet organizational needs.
- Managing incidents, problems, and service requests within the ServiceNow or other Enterprise IT platforms.
- Providing technical support to end-users via support requests, resolve issues, and address inquiries related to ServiceNow.
- Collaborating with development teams to integrate ServiceNow with other tools and systems.
- Ensuring compliance with security policies and best practices.
- Maintaining accurate documentation related to system changes, processes, and procedures.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implement enhancements.
- Developing and maintaining ServiceNow production and sub-production environments (UAT, dev), including planning deployment of major/minor releases.
