About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced ServiceNow Senior Solution Architect/ Tech Lead to provide architectural leadership across our enterprise ServiceNow platform. This role is responsible for shaping platform strategy, designing scalable and secure solutions, and governing delivery across critical service management and digital transformation initiatives.
You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, delivery teams, and business partners to translate complex business needs into robust ServiceNow architectures that drive operational excellence and long‑term value.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end ServiceNow solution architecture aligned to business objectives and enterprise standards
- Drive architectural decisions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, CSDM, Service Catalog, Request Management, and integrations
- Translate complex business and technical requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions
- Define solution patterns, data models, integration approaches, security controls, and platform standards
- Provide architectural leadership for API integrations, third‑party tools, IAM, and enterprise platforms
- Govern architecture through design reviews, forums, and solution assurance
- Ensure solutions meet security, risk, compliance, and audit requirements
- Partner with product owners, developers, testers, and operations teams to deliver high‑quality outcomes
- Contribute to platform strategy, roadmaps, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Mentor and guide developers, administrators, and junior architects
- Identify and address technical debt, platform risks, and optimisation opportunities
About You
You’re a senior technical leader with deep expertise in ServiceNow architecture and enterprise platforms. You’re comfortable operating independently, influencing senior stakeholders, and making architectural decisions in complex environments.
You will bring:
- Extensive experience in ServiceNow solution architecture at an enterprise level
- Strong hands‑on knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, CSDM, and ServiceNow integrations
- Expertise in integration architecture, APIs, security, governance, and platform standards
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms, identity, DevOps, and enterprise service management
- Experience aligning architecture decisions with business outcomes, risk management, and cost efficiency
- Proven ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Ability to mentor and uplift technical teams
