About the opportunity:
We are looking for a (Senior)Specialist, Project Management Office who can join us along this mission and vision. You’ll become an integral part of the PMO team, which is in charge of planning and prioritizing new projects, security upgrades, or system integrations. It’s also responsible for defining clear goals and timelines for these projects, keeping things on track, ensuring smooth communication between different teams working on the project. Interested? What you’ll be working on:
- Drive cross-functional projects with clear goals, timelines, and measurable impact, supporting both strategic and operational initiatives across WOO X and WOOFi.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Marketing, Operations, Design, and Business Intelligence to ensure seamless project execution.
- Track key performance metrics, assess project health, and proactively identify and resolve roadblocks.
Translate business needs into actionable plans, providing clear updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Support the continuous improvement of PMO processes, tools, and reporting standards.

About you:
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination or program management, preferably in fintech, crypto, or consulting environments.
- Strong understanding of the digital asset ecosystem, including CEX, DEX, and broader DeFi trends.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate across time zones.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills in both English and Mandarin.
- A structured, data-driven mindset with the flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
