With more than 1000 smart, caring and ambitious ‘LEAPsters’ working together across Australia, Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland, Poland and New Zealand, you’ll find yourself in good company here.

Meet the Global Marketing Team

With the rise of AI and changes in consumer's software needs, this new and growing team is shaping and executing our global marketing strategy to reflect the evolution of our product offering. We're disrupting the way value is delivered in the legal community, and this needs a significant shift in how we drive LEAP's brand awareness, recognition and AI product adoption. Led by the Head of Global Marketing, this team collaborates closely with global marketing teams to drive the visibility and growth of our industry-leading legal productivity software. Based at our Sydney Head Office, this is the team that sets the global standard for how we position LEAP in the market, providing the backbone of global campaigns and messaging that each region can leverage.

The Opportunity

Ready to shape the future of LEAP’s digital presence? We’re seeking a talented Senior Web Developer to join our Sydney team in a hybrid role, where you’ll spearhead the creation of a dynamic global website. This is your chance to consolidate multiple regional websites into a single, scalable platform with region-specific versions, delivering a seamless, user-focused experience that elevates LEAP’s brand worldwide. As the sole developer in this team, you’ll take ownership of this high-impact project, working closely with global marketing stakeholders to bring a bold vision to life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop a scalable, user-centric web architecture for a global website, supporting multiple regional versions with seamless functionality.
  • Lead the full development lifecycle of the website, from concept and wireframes to deployment and ongoing optimisation.
  • Collaborate with global marketing stakeholders to ensure the website aligns with brand goals, regional requirements, and user needs.
  • Implement modern technologies and best practices to create a responsive, high-performance, and unified web platform.
  • Maintain and enhance the global website, ensuring it meets industry standards and supports LEAP’s evolving business needs.
What You’ll Do
  • Build a robust full-stack technical architecture, encompassing frontend, backend, and infrastructure, using modern frameworks and tools to ensure scalability and flexibility.
  • Work with the Global Head of Marketing and marketing stakeholders to translate business and regional objectives into a unified web strategy that balances functionality, aesthetics, and performance.
  • Apply SEO best practices to optimize site structure and content for global and regional discoverability.
  • Manage the consolidation project independently, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining high quality.
  • Explore and integrate new marketing tools for efficient development, content management, and deployment workflows.
What You’ll Bring
  • Experience: At least 3 years in web development or architecture, with a strong portfolio of user-focused websites. Experience with multi-region or global website projects is a plus. Familiarity with Vue.js or Nuxt.js is advantageous, but expertise in any modern framework is welcome.
  • Full-Stack Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of the full website stack, including frontend, backend and infrastructure management.
  • SEO Knowledge: Solid understanding of SEO principles to optimise global and regional site performance.
  • Platform Familiarity: Experience with headless CMS platforms like Storyblok and deployment tools like Netlify is beneficial.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex projects independently, delivering on time with high quality.
  • Self-Sufficiency: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make technical and strategic decisions autonomously, without direct developer or designer support.
  • Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to work effectively with global marketing stakeholders and report to the Global Head of Marketing.
Who You Are
  • A self-starter who thrives on owning ambitious projects, like transforming multiple websites into a unified global platform.
  • A creative and strategic thinker, excited to craft functional, visually stunning web solutions that resonate across diverse regions.
  • Meticulous and dedicated, with a passion for delivering high-quality, user-friendly digital experiences that leave a lasting impact.
  • Curious and forward-thinking, always eager to explore new technologies and trends to elevate your craft.
Why Join LEAP?

  • Grow your career with us. Our founder Christian Beck has been building legal tech businesses for over 30 years. What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
