ABOUT THE ROLE

The Senior VM Training Specialist delivers high-quality, hands-on Visual Merchandising training to Retail, Area VM, and In-Store VM teams, building strong foundational capability across markets. This role brings VM standards to life through practical training and coaching, enabling stores to execute directives effectively while balancing creativity with commercial impact.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

•    Strong VM execution experience in retail environments, ideally across multiple store formats. 
•    Skilled in practical coaching and hands‑on VM training. 
•    Strong understanding of fixture systems, floorplans, brand standards and commercial drivers. 
•    Excellent communicator with the ability to explain the “why” behind VM decisions. 
•    Confident in giving clear, constructive feedback through photo reviews and in‑store walk‑throughs.
