About the RoleAs a Senior Visual Designer, you’re not just crafting beautiful visuals, you’re driving the creative vision forward. You’ll lead design execution across major workstreams, shape design systems, and help guide more junior creatives. You’ll partner with strategists, developers, and producers to ensure our design solutions meet both business and user goals, while maintaining the highest level of craft.
You bring a strong strategic mindset, excellent design instincts, and a passion for creating brand-defining work.
Key Responsibilities- Drive the visual direction and execution across key projects and client work
- Design polished UI mockups, interactive prototypes, and production-ready assets
- Develop and evolve scalable design systems, ensuring consistency and flexibility
- Collaborate closely with UX, strategy, and development teams to implement solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, offering constructive feedback and support
- Present confidently to internal teams and clients, articulating your design rationale and process
- Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and best practices — and share knowledge with the team
You Bring
- Relevant experience (ideally agency-side or in fast-paced creative environments)
- A standout portfolio showcasing digital design work across multiple touchpoints
- Strong Figma experience and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience creating and maintaining design systems and component libraries
- Strong understanding of responsive, mobile-first, and accessible design principles (WCAG)
- Ability to balance hands-on design work with big-picture thinking and leadership
- Experience in automotive and tech sectors
- Comfort with motion and prototyping tools (After Effects, Principle, Framer, etc.)
- Familiarity with front-end constraints and developer collaboration
