What you’ll do 

We are seeking for a highly experienced Test Manager or Test Architect responsible for defining enterprise‑wide test strategy, driving quality engineering transformation, leading large multi‑vendor programs, and shaping automation, non‑functional, and test governance frameworks across complex environments.

Key responsibilities

•             Own and define end to end test strategy, governance, and quality frameworks for large transformation programs.

•             Lead multi disciplinary teams across functional, automation, and non functional testing.

•             Conduct test assessments, maturity reviews, and quality transformation roadmaps.

•             Provide strategic automation direction across commercial and open source tools (Tosca, UiPath, Selenium, Playwright).

•             Engage senior client stakeholders, run workshops, and influence solution direction.

•             Oversee delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring quality, risk management, and reporting.

•             Drive adoption of CI/CD, DevOps, test data management, stubbing, and service virtualization.

•             Mentor and uplift capability across teams and client organisations

Here’s what you need

•             12+ years in QA, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles

•             Proven experience leading large-scale testing programs (COTS, packaged apps, cloud, digital)

•             Strong background in test architecture, automation strategy, and non-functional testing

•             Expertise across UI, API, mobile, data, and integration testing

•             Strong consulting experience: workshops, assessments, roadmaps, stakeholder management

•             Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and enterprise automation frameworks

Bonus points if with

•             Experience across a range of industries

•             Experience with Tosca, UiPath, Selenium, Playwright, RestAssured, Postman

•             Exposure to performance testing, security testing, and test data management

•             Experience working in a consulting environment
