HUB24 is seeking a collaborative and innovative Senior Test Analyst specializing in Automation and Performance Testing to join our fintech team. We are developing cutting-edge financial platforms designed to empower advisers, making quality financial advice more accessible and affordable for all Australians. Responsibilities
- Design and execute automation test scripts for APIs, UI, and backend systems.
- Lead performance testing to identify bottlenecks, ensuring scalability and robustness.
- Collaborate with developers for smooth integration testing of microservices and data pipelines.
- Validate caching, data lakes, and pipeline systems for reliability and performance.
- Contribute to evolving test strategies for UI, API automation, performance, and manual testing.
- Conduct load, stress, and scalability testing (JMeter, Gatling).
- Implement new testing tools and frameworks for efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with financial industry security standards.
- Optimize application performance and improve database queries.
- Maintain test strategies, track technical debt, and conduct peer reviews.
- Mentor junior team members and promote collaborative testing.
- Foster a culture of quality and innovation, and monitor system performance.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and align QA processes with delivery goals.
- Lead and mentor the team, showcasing QA practices through workshops.
Requirement
- Degree in IT or related field, ISTQB certification preferred.
- Expertise in test automation (Python/Typescript) and automation tools (Postman, Playwright).
- Strong database knowledge (SQL, MongoDB) and experience in Agile development, CI/CD pipelines, and FinTech systems.
- Proven ability in building scalable enterprise applications.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and client focus.
- Motivated, organized, with a commitment to innovation, ethics, and mentorship.
