Atlassian is looking for a seasoned marketing leader of APAC ABM and Demand Generation to join the Global Account-Based Marketing and Partner Marketing team within the Digital, Campaigns, and Operations (DCO) organization. The ideal candidate is an experienced people leader who has deep expertise in omni-channel campaign strategy and execution that drives deep account penetration, engagement, and pipeline creation within Enterprise accounts. Additionally, this leader should have a strong understanding of the APAC market and act as the main marketing counterpart to the Atlassian APAC sales teams and leaders. In this role, we expect this leader to exhibit creativity, strong cross-functional collaboration, the desire to continuously improve, and expertise in team mentorship/coaching.
This Senior Team Leader will report to the Head of Global ABM and Partner Marketing.
In this role, you'll get to:
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members and set the team up for long-term success as we scale to partner with all Enterprise AEs and leaders across our Strategic, Enterprise, and Mid-Market account segments.
  • Support the team to develop and execute targeted, integrated campaigns and programs while collaborating with sales, demand generation, partner marketing, product marketing, data science, and regional events.
  • Define quarterly success metrics and reporting frameworks in partnership with Marketing Data Science teams.
  • Create repeatable processes and playbooks to support 1:1 and 1:few ABM and 1:few and 1:many demand generation campaigns aimed at decision-maker contact engagement, deal acceleration, and pipeline generation
  • Develop a strong understanding of Atlassian's go-to-market plans and goals in order to translate them into regional campaigns for the APAC market, as well as sub-markets in-region.
  • Oversee team resources, budgets, and growth of individual team members.

On the first day, we expect you to have:
  • 10+ years of ABM, demand generation, field marketing, or regional marketing experience
  • 3+ years of team management experience
  • Proven track record designing, executing, and measuring integrated marketing campaigns and outbound programs in partnership with sales in a high-growth environment
  • Experience working within a multi-product organization
  • Experience working with Salesforce, Marketo, and an ABM stack including Demandbase, Outreach, Drift, Zoominfo, TechTarget Priority Engine, 6sense, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
