Your role with us:
As Senior Tax Manager, you will support the Group Tax Director by providing commercial tax advice on domestic and international transactions, assist with transfer pricing matters, liaise with tax authorities, and manage the implementation of tax reporting. You will be a key advisor to stakeholders across the business, helping to navigate complex cross-border tax issues and supporting strategic growth initiatives.

What you will do:

• Business partnering by providing tax advice and support on new products and initiatives.

• Provide tax advice on domestic and international business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestments, and restructuring.

• Assist with co-ordination and oversight of transfer pricing charges, assist with the execution of transfer pricing policies and manage transfer pricing documentation.

• Manage the implementation of international tax reporting including CbC reporting and BEPS Pillar 2.

• Liaise with tax authorities in response to queries or audits.

• Monitor changes in international tax legislation and assess their impact on the company.

What you will bring

• 7+ years  in direct and indirect taxes impacting large corporate taxpayersx

• Experience working in a company with complex corporate tax, GST/VAT, TP issues, including CFC’s, tax consolidation, foreign tax offsets.

• Experience in international tax laws and regulations.

• Membership of a recognised Professional Accounting and/or Taxation Body (ICAA, CPA, Taxation Institute).

Bonus points:

• Experience with Tax Software (e.g., CCH Tax Integrator) and general ledger packages (Netsuite).

• Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira
