About This Opportunity 
We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to own and elevate how we attract and close world-class talent in Australia. You will design sourcing systems that scale, map talent markets with precision, and build hiring strategies that help our people leaders move faster and make sharper decisions.
You will thrive here if you are a thought partner—someone who brings structured thinking, crisp synthesis, and deep recruiting craft to every search; you are a relationship builder and problem solver who is comfortable managing multiple client groups across technical disciplines; and you are an exceptional sourcer with mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter, talent intelligence, and AI-accelerated workflows.

This is a fixed-term position of up to three (3) months.
What You Will Do

 

  • Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers across the organization, to understand evolving talent needs and develop customized hiring strategies
  • Build robust sourcing pipelines for high-impact technical talent
  • Develop and refine processes which shape candidate experiences that reflect our culture.
  • Screen, assess, and present candidates with a strong focus on both technical excellence and team alignment
  • Manage a seamless, high-touch interview process in collaboration with our global Talent Acquisition team 
  • Deliver data-driven insights and market intelligence to hiring teams—informing strategy with competitive trends
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring each candidate and stakeholder experiences a professional, transparent, and timely recruiting process
  • Ensure full compliance with hiring policies, legislation, and internal guidelines
  • Communicate effectively and confidently with all levels of the organization, from senior ICs to executives
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their strategic priorities 
  • Source top-tier candidates using advanced sourcing techniques and alternative channels, with a focus on innovation in talent pipelines
  • Manage offer generation and negotiation processes with precision and professionalism
  • Provide ongoing analysis of recruitment metrics and hiring trends to business leaders
  • Act as a brand ambassador for our culture and mission—attracting professionals who align with our values of innovation and protection
What We Are Looking For
 
  • You are a dynamic, people-focused professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about connecting top talent with meaningful opportunities
  • You are an elite sourcer—deep LinkedIn Recruiter fluency, and a track record of breaking into highly competitive talent markets 
  • You value ownership and are comfortable navigating ambiguity
  • You run toward hard problems, move with urgency, and find creative paths around blockers
  • Your communication and interpersonal abilities are exceptional, enabling you to build strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates alike, while ensuring a positive and inclusive experience for all
  • Expertise in guiding and influencing leadership with a consultative, data-informed approach to hiring
  • Proven ability to navigate situations with discretion, sound judgment, and influence
  • At least 8+ years of technical recruiting experience in high-performance, high-velocity environments 
  • Background building sourcing automations, AI-driven workflows, or dashboards that increase throughput and insight quality
  • Familiarity with assessment design—behavioral interviewing, structured evaluation, or assignment creation for technical and leadership roles
  • You excel at multitasking and adapting to shifting priorities, leveraging your agility and resourcefulness to drive results
  • Demonstrated ability to influence culture, mentor teams, and elevate talent acquisition practices across the organization
  • You are comfortable using talent acquisition systems and tools, maintaining data accuracy, and utilizing analytics to inform decision-making
  • You are resilient, driven, and proactive, always seeking opportunities to improve processes and deliver customer excellence
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and responsibility for outcomes
