How you’ll make an impact
As Xero continues to grow it is imperative that we have a key role designed to help us optimise revenue in the partner channel balancing profit, growth, and complexity.
This role is responsible for monitoring and supporting our revenue growth strategy holistically through the partner channel and specifically from our Xero Partner Program (loyalty program designed for our channel partners). You'll provide tailored commercial support for high impact, complex programs of work, crafting customized campaigns and driving insights.
This is a global role.
What you’ll do
End-to-end Commercial Programs:
- Drive revenue growth from the Partner Program from commercial planning through to campaign execution working closely with various customer teams
- Partner with relevant GTM Teams to leverage revenue analytics, influence cross-functional teams and orchestrate complex commercial programs from start to finis
- Serve as a trusted advisor and business partner to GTM leaders to identify and prioritize programs that drive revenue aligned to our sales motions
Revenue Performance Optimization:
- Lead and support initiatives to optimize revenue across the full to net revenue stack, identifying opportunities for enhancement and efficiency
- Utilize data to identify areas for operational improvement, customer segmentation, and revenue growth opportunities
- Orchestrate measurable Partner Program campaigns with GTM teams to optimize revenue generation, conversion, and retention
Broader Commercial Operations:
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Pricing & Packaging, and Billing teams to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives that drive business growth and enhance customer value
- Drive continuous improvement in processes and operational efficiencies within the team to streamline workflows and enhance overall effectiveness
- Offer strategic guidance and support on various bespoke projects within the team
What you’ll bring with you
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in commercial management, loyalty programs, or revenue optimization roles
- Proven ability to influence and drive large cross-functional teams and projects
- Blackbelt level Excel-modeling and Powerpoint-slideware talents
- Experience in strategic/analytical roles at a hyper growth SaaS company is highly desired
- Intellectually curious and highly detail oriented, you possess an instinctive desire to learn and aim to make processes and systems more accurate and efficient
- Natural drive to make things better, you will constantly be frustrated with the status quo and looking for ways to synthesise and optimise
- Exceptional communicator, you can quickly shift from technical financial modeling/analysis to building presentations with effective narratives to synthesising feedback and landing commercial outcomes at all levels
