As Senior Strategy Manager – Candidate, you’ll lead SEEK’s APAC Talent Strategy, owning one of our most important strategic focus areas: All the Talent and Attention. In this high-impact role, you’ll guide how we attract, engage, and retain candidates across our platforms—shaping experiences that connect millions of people to more fulfilling and productive working lives.
You’ll partner closely with senior leaders across Product, AI, and Marketing, applying structured thinking, strong commercial acumen, and human insight to guide strategic decisions. This role suits someone who thrives in ambiguity, balances analytical depth with clear communication, and knows how to turn vision into momentum.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead strategic thinking and planning within SEEK’s candidate-focused portfolio, becoming a key advisor across the business
- Apply robust frameworks to analyse complex challenges, identify solutions, and support execution across Product, AI, and Marketing
- Track industry trends, competitor moves, and candidate behaviour to shape SEEK’s strategic priorities
- Communicate SEEK’s candidate strategy clearly and credibly across all levels, from cross-functional teams to the executive suite
- Collaborate with internal teams to design, test, and refine new initiatives, and ensure execution aligns to long-term goals
- Champion the voice of the candidate and ensure our platforms deliver value at every step of their journey

QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For
✔ Demonstrable experience in strategic roles within high-growth or complex environments, including time in a top-tier strategy consulting firm or equivalent setting
✔ Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to break down and frame ambiguous problems
✔ A track record of shaping and delivering cross-functional strategies that drive measurable outcomes
✔ Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
✔ Deep interest in online marketplaces, digital experience, user acquisition or engagement
✔ Strong commercial acumen, paired with a passion for human-centred problem solving
