Main Responsibilities:.
- Develop high quality and cost efficient SSD and Managed NAND test strategies
- Collaborate with Test engineering teams to define and secure required test fixtures for memory and system testing.
- Drive electrical failure analysis of the UFS / SSD BGA products through different phases of the product life cycle (e.g. qualification, high volume manufacturing and customer returns).
- Drive Yield, Test Time and Quality improvement to meet leading targets.
- Develop Artificial Intelligent tools / agents using Claude Code / Copilot to achieve above responsibilities.
- Provide engineering report/summary of Project status and issues analyzed.

- Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one's scope of work.
Minimum Required Qualifications/Experience
- PhD, or Master's degree with ≥3 years, or Bachelor's degree with ≥5 years of relevant experience in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of NAND flash or other non-volatile storage.
- Understanding of storage interfaces including ideally PCIe/NVMe, UFS, is not a pre-requisite, but would be an added advantage
- Knowledge and experience in product level testing, analysis and debugging will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of ATE tester, oscilloscopes, logic and/or interface protocol analyzers.
- Knowledge of product level testing and electrical failure analysis(EFA).
- Able to work under fast pace and high-pressure environment.
- Able to work in a laboratory and engineering environment
Must Have Technical Skills
- Experience in AI tool/agent (E.g. Claude code, Copilot) to automate workflow, data analysis, electrical failure analysis.
Must Have Soft Skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
