We are seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to join our mission of creating the modern and secure workspace, where efficiency, security, and innovation converge. This role focuses on shaping the future of work by leveraging the comprehensive capabilities of the Citrix platform, including virtual apps and desktops, Zero Trust access, and high-performance secure application delivery.

As part of our team, this role will drive the adoption, integration and optimization of Citrix Platform capabilities for the customers to succeed. Your work will ensure customers can securely deploy and manage digital workspaces at scale, enabling flexible, high-performance access across diverse devices from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, Deploy and Configure Architectures: Design and implement secure, scalable, and innovative architectures leveraging Citrix Platform to ensure secure, efficient, and centrally managed digital workspaces
  • Lead Feature Enablement : Drive the enablement of key features, optimizations, and integrations through technology partnership to ensure the features are successfully deployed leveraging partners’ infrastructure and technologies
  • Develop Proof of Concepts: Work with Account Technology Strategists (ATS) to help customers develop and validate proof of concepts (PoCs) that demonstrate the effectiveness of Citrix capabilities for a target use case
  • Drive IT Strategies into Deployment: Get the strategies into the real production, leveraging Citrix Platform capabilities including the core virtual apps and desktops, zero-trust access to Web/SaaS apps, end-to-end observability, secure endpoints and secure developer spaces
     

Customer Success

  • Advocate Best Practices: Leverage experience and customer interactions to promote best practices secure access to applications. At the same time, identify potential risks in deployment and put mitigation plans to address challenges
  • Engage with Stakeholders: Understand customer and needs to ensure our solutions align with the vision of a modern and secure digital workspace and most of all, customer success.
  • Foster Platform Adoption: Collaborate with customers and ATS to ensure successful deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management of Citrix Platform, providing advanced technical assistance and guidance to drive customer success and satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Broad understanding of the following: DaaS/ VDI, Applications, Enterprise Browser, Enterprise Mobility Management, Networking, Enterprise Security, Data Management , Data Analytics
  • 5+ years of experience in IT architecture, systems engineering, or systems consulting with expertise in end user computing (EUC)
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms and virtualization technologies, with familiarity in integrating CVAD/DaaS products into enterprise environments
  • TOEIC score of 750 or higher, or an equivalent proficiency in English
  • Competent in verbal and written communication in English and Japanese expected
  • Passion for technology and innovation, and a proven “forward thinker.”
  • Strong understanding of business processes and their implementation into enterprise applications
  • Ability to quickly grasp and distinctly explain technological and business concepts
  • Ability to work independently with limited oversight

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
  • Knowledge and experience in conducting the situation analysis, requirements definition, system design and implementation for the areas of VDI, Zero Trust, network, endpoint management, observability, data security and compliance.
  • The following certifications are preferably acknowledged: Citrix Certified Expert Virtualization (CCE-V), Citrix Certified Professional – Virtualization, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops Service on Citrix Cloud Certified (CC-VAD-CC), Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops Service Integration with Microsoft Azure Certified (CC-VAD-MA) or Virtual Apps and Desktops Service Integration with Amazon Web Services Certified (CC-VAD-AWS), Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator, or Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Google Associate Cloud Engineer, Updated Security Certifications
