We’re looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Senior Engineer to design and deliver scalable, data‑driven marketing solutions that connect millions of customers with personalised experiences. You’ll work at the intersection of technology and customer engagement, shaping the future of our marketing ecosystem.

You’ll join a high‑performing SFMC squad within the Digital Sales Crew — an Agile, experiment‑driven team focused on building intelligent journeys, automation, and integration that uplift digital sales outcomes. You’ll influence architecture decisions and help embed engineering excellence across our marketing technology stack.

Your impact:

• Engineer end‑to‑end SFMC solutions that translate business needs into robust, scalable architectures.

• Act as a technical authority on SFMC, guiding design standards and best practices.

• Build and optimise components REST/SOAP APIs, AMP script, SSJS, SQL, and related technologies

• Design and implement solutions across Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio and Marketing Cloud data models.

• Create responsive, user-centric templates and components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and GTL (Guide Template Language).

• Integrate SFMC with enterprise systems and third‑party platforms for seamless marketing automation.

• Apply security and compliance principles to all engineering work.

• Contribute to Agile ceremonies, technical reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Provide operational support and troubleshoot complex SFMC issues.

• Use tools such as JIRA and ServiceNow to manage delivery.

• Explore AI engineering approaches to automate workflows, uplift DevSecOps practices, and enable intelligent customer journeys.

We’re interested in people who have

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications.

• Deep technical capability across SFMC technologies and integrations.

• Strong understanding of SFMC architecture, data models and platform governance.

• Experience with Salesforce core platforms (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Einstein, Tableau).

• Knowledge of security and performance considerations for marketing technology.

• A passion for applying AI and automation to engineering workflows.
