What You Bring to the Table:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences. ๐
- Experience: At least 5 years in Clinical Research & Site Start-Up within a CRO/Pharma company, ideally in Australia/New Zealand with 3 years contract negotiation๐
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. ๐
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of clinical systems, procedures, GCP/ICH guidelines, and the drug development process. ๐
- Independence: Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. ๐๏ธ
- Team Player: Establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients. ๐ค
