At Latitude Financial Services, we are seeking a Senior Salesforce System Administrator to drive continuous improvement in the management of the Latitude Money Platform (LMP) enabling all aspects of the personal loans / motor loans businesses in Australia and New Zealand (Latitude Money).

We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform who can manage stakeholders, lead requirements analysis, gather feedback, design scalable solutions, and manage the product roadmap. The role encompasses all aspects of user management including support tickets, training, and designing solutions for optimal customer and user experience.

Reporting to the Head of Architecture for the Latitude Money Division, the system administrator role is key to ensure Latitude provides a leading customer and employee experience, and extracts value from its investment in the Salesforce/Q2 Cloud Lending platform.

A key part of this role is working closely and collaboratively with business teams, technical support, vendor teams and project delivery to provide secure, reliable, and innovative business operations on the Salesforce/Q2 platform and related systems.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Manage all aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules
  • Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports
  • Understanding of basic triggers/Apex code knowledge
  • Sandbox environment management
  • DevOps/release management experience
  • Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience.
  • Identify unused or under utilised platform features.
  • Create a platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders.
  • Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed.
  • Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer
  • Providing user support: responding to incident/change tickets, monitoring and improving user adoption, and facilitating training.
  • Development of technical documentation and reference information.
  • Management of integrated applications and third-party suppliers including Heroku, OwnBackup, OwnArchive, Copado, Telephony platforms, Adobe, Conga etc

About you:

  • Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 5+ years’ of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience with Sales & Service Cloud
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to take ownership of initiatives, garner consensus and develop and implement an effective strategy.
  • Experience delivering Salesforce related projects / uplift in the Financial Services industry.
  • Knowledge and/or experience of the Q2 Cloud Lending managed package/software (enabling personal loans and motor loans)
  • Familiarity with personal loans and motor loans products.
  • Proven ability to communicate to all levels of audiences.
  • Bachelor’s/Postgraduate degree, or professional qualification
  • Additional Salesforce certifications e.g. Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder
