Position Purpose:

We are currently looking for a skilled and ambitious Sales Performance Manager to join our Retail Excellence team. 
The Retail Excellence department aims to provide full control of the most relevant business and in store KPIs to drive sales and productivity, hitting company targets and guaranteeing continuous funnel improvement through the best in-store customer experience. 
The main responsibility is to lead the Area Managers in all data visualization and BI activities as well as providing detailed analysis of the sales KPIs to for shop performance improvement. 
The Sales Performance Manager will be partnering with key stakeholders within the Company, will be part of a dynamic and young team, motivated to do the extra mile every day. He/she will work on both medium- and long-term projects in addition to contingency activities.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities: 

  • Monitor average length of each funnel segment, setting targets, verifying achievement, and defining action plans if required. 
  • Work along with IT, Supply Chain, and other company functions to reduce unproductive time, boosting productivity of our retail structure. 
  • Ensure Operative Protocols and appropriate execution. 
  • Regularly share KPIs and best practices among Amplifon Countries with a focus of KPIs and routines of our Retail structure. 
  • Guarantee the best in store customer experience, working alongside the marketing department and acting as the connection point between Marketing and the Field Organization. 
  • Lead the design, launch and implementation of all projects related to in-store excellence.

Experience and Qualifications: 

Essential Qualifications

  • Master or bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering or Statistics.

Essential Experience 

  • Expertise in management of complex structures of data analysis, aligning to business impacts.
  • Excellent knowledge of Office package, with advanced expertise in Excel (pivot, statistics formulas) and PowerPoint to assemble and present information.
  • Knowledge of Power B.I., in addition SQL knowledge will be considered as a plus. 
  • Experience in industries and Projects where performance maximization is key.

Desired Experience:

  • Prior experience working in a global or international organisation. 
  • Previous experience in Retail is desirable.
