Recognized as a UK "Top Employer 2025" and for the last 3 years consecutively, we are looking for a Senior Sales Performance Analyst to join our team and strengthen our Sales Performance department based out of London Victoria.
The Sales Performance department operates under the direct leadership of the Commercial Performance Director and works closely with the Sales Leadership and the Management Team. Our core focus is to drive sales growth through strategic commission adjustments, sales promotions & incentives initiatives, and analysis of sales performance to support data-driven decision-making. Together, we work with the sales team to achieve our ambitious double-digit growth targets year over year.

Salary: Competitive
Working Hours: 40hrs weekly from 9am - 6pm
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday
Holidays: 21 days plus bank holidays increases to 23 days plus bank holidays after 1 calendar years’ service, increasing to 25 after 2 years.
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyse sales activity and results, draw insights and actionable recommendations to increase sales and reach business objectives
- Build sales dashboards to provide transparency on key sales KPIs and coach the sales organisation on how to best use the insights to improve daily sales activity & results
- Monitor and improve the relevancy of our sales reporting and commission models to align the efforts of our sales organization with our growth aspirations
- Educate Sales organization on their commission model, and answer any queries on commission calculations and models
- Keep a close contact with other Verisure geographies to share best practices
- Deliver ad-hoc analysis & reporting for the Management Team and the Sales Leadership
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making and good understanding of business drivers
- Proficient in Excel (Power BI a plus) and creating impactful analysis, dashboards and presentations
- Excellent organization capabilities, including the ability to initiate tasks independently and see them through to completion
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, adaptable to various audiences
- Experience in working cross-functionally and positively influencing
- Natural high attention to details while maintaining focus and pace
- Proactive, solution-oriented, quick learner, and deadline-driven and fun to work with!
- 3+ years in an analyst role (consulting, start-up, or finance preferred)
